Born and raised in Kigali, Rwanda, Clarisse Iradukunda is a rising sophomore at the University of Texas at San Antonio studying Computer Science with concentrations in Data Science and Cloud Computing. Building software solutions for government institutions, startups, and private-sector organizations sparked her interest in how technology can be used to improve public services and create civic impact. At the Better Futures Institute, Clarisse is excited to contribute to data-driven projects that address real community challenges and improve the lives of those they serve.
